Refund & Return Policy
Drybar gladly accepts returns of products purchased at any Drybar retail store or our online store (www.thedrybar.com) for a full refund within 30 days of online shipment date or original purchase date in-store. Unfortunately, Drybar products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Drybar. Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.
Please note that Drybar gift cards and gift coasters may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
1. By mail: Completely fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Drybar is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to the address below:
Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. All refunds will be made in U.S. dollars and can only be shipped to a mailing address located in the United States. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser, please indicate this on the Returns Form. In that case, we will issue a Drybar gift card for the appropriate refund amount.
Returns that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order details or (b) received more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for a Drybar gift card in the amount of the original purchase price if it can be verified that the purchase was sent back within 30 days.
2. To a Drybar store: Bring your return to any Drybar store in the United States, along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product (e.g., a print-out of the email order confirmation). A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within two business days by the Drybar headquarters office. Alternatively you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a Drybar gift card. We regret that customers may not return items purchased at a Drybar store in the United States or through our online shop to a Drybar store located outside of the United States.
